Terms and conditions for using Simple MBTI service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are established to stipulate the terms and conditions of service usage, rights and obligations between users and the service provider, responsibilities, and other necessary matters regarding all services provided by Simple MBTI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • • "Service" refers to all online services provided by Simple MBTI.
  • • "User" refers to all users who access the Service and use it in accordance with these Terms of Service.
  • • "MBTI Test" refers to the personality type test provided by the Service.
  • • "Results" refers to the personality type analysis result provided after the MBTI test.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

These Terms of Service become effective for all users who wish to use the Service.

  • The Service may change these Terms of Service within the scope not violating relevant laws when necessary.
  • When changing the terms, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance through announcements on the Service.
  • If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they may discontinue using the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Service provides the following services:

  • MBTI personality type test
  • Test result analysis and interpretation
  • Type-specific characteristics and descriptions
  • Compatibility analysis
  • Educational and informational content

Article 5 (Restrictions on Service Use)

Service usage may be restricted in the following cases:

  • Infringement of others' rights or illegal activities
  • Interference with the normal operation of the Service
  • Submission of false information or misuse of others' information
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

Article 6 (Interpretation and Limitations of Results)

MBTI test results are for reference only and have the following limitations:

  • It is not an absolute diagnostic tool.
  • Behavior may vary depending on the situation.
  • It does not replace professional psychological counseling.
  • Results are based on statistical probability.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not responsible for the following:

  • User decisions and actions based on test results
  • Mental or material damages arising from Service usage
  • Force majeure such as natural disasters, system failures, etc.
  • Damages caused by illegal acts of third parties

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights for the Service's content, design, software, etc. belong to the Service. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit these without prior written consent from the Service.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service provider's headquarters.
